Dayforce Trader Joe's: Are You Getting Ripped Off?

All paid time off (vacation, holiday, and sick time) is combined into a program called absence reserve (ar). Ar is an account built up and charged in dollars. The more you work, the more ar dollars you accumulate. Specifically, your ar account is credited an amount equal to 5. 6% of your gross earnings each pay period. Has anybody elses shifts just been vanishing from dayforce a few days after being posted?
