How to pay a legitimate fastrak toll evasion penalty. When you confirm you have a legitimate violation, several payment options are available. The simplest way to resolve a toll violation is through the official fastrak website. Visit the bay area fastrak payment portal or the appropriate regional fastrak site. If you do, you're basically paying increased tolls to subsidize those who don't. Best case scenario is that the amount of people riding without plates and registration reaches such an absurd level that the state is forced to do something about the problem?
